TOPEX announced his presence at Regional Broadband Conference for CEE an Imperial Communications event called "Creating Technological Innovations" and held on 29 of November at Intercontinental Hotel, Bucharest.

 

On behalf of TOPEX, Mr. Radu Balaci, Business Development Manager in the company, sustained a presentation called "NGN and IMS architectures for VOBB networks" and acquainted the attendees with information about VoIP technology challenges and about the necessity for Broadband.

 

At the Broadband Convention held in Bucharest JW Marriott, between 13 and 14 of November 2007, TOPEX sponsored the Convention next to UPC company.

 

TOPEX presentation "Adding voice to CATV suppliers networks" was performed by Radu Balaci, Business Development Manager at TOPEX, on the 14th of November, within "Equipments and Technologies for video, data, voice" session next to companies like Peruvision, CommScope or Motorola.

 

The exposure was based on the advantages prominence of VoIP technologies for CATV suppliers networks.

 

Between October 23rd and 25th, TOPEX took part at the 6th edition of the International Broadband Communications Conference, The Third Wave, this event being opened to the major technology creators, equipment producers, operators, application developers and regulatory authorities. 

 

"Voice over Broadband in Next Generation Networks" was the title of the TOPEX presentation, and this was based on Voice over Broadband needs and standardization efforts, benefits, challenges and today deployments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TOPEX intentions to expand its business in the South American market determine the company to participate between October 9th-12th at EXPO COMM Argentina, this event being for the last fifteen years one of the most important meeting places for Telecom Industry professionals from South American region and from the globe.

 

TOPEX proposed for this event its pivot directions for 2007 - NGN Solution and Bytton Router and the company had the opportunity to exhibit its products to a number of 12000 visitors.    

 

Between October, 1st and 4th 2007, TOPEX team was present at one of the main events in Latin America, Futurecom, Brazil. The exhibition gathered the most distinguished executives and professionals from the Telecom and IT sectors, international operators, suppliers of products and services, as well as corporate customers.

 

Between June 12th and 13th 2007, TOPEX exhibited its complete solution for an IP communication network to the VON community, this solution being based on TOPEX Softswitch, featuring Class 4 and Class 5 services, and the range of Media Gateways.

 

TOPEX theme at this event was the complete solution for an IP communication network with complete services for the end user. TOPEX entered the Russian market in 2006 and aims for this year to grow its market share especially for its NGN solution.

 

 

This was the third consecutive year when TOPEX joined this exposition.TOPEX was homing in on its NGN solution, this focus on NGN, being the pivot direction of TOPEX from the beginning of the year.

 

 

 

Continuing the participation at the major telecom events, TOPEX joined the Capacity magazine's 2nd annual wholesale telecommunications congress for the Balkans region.

Capacity Balkans 2007 focused uniquely on the Balkans (South East Europe) market and was the key forum for wholesale executives across the industry to access up-to-the-minute information. The conference brought together senior decision makers from local, regional and international providers, providing a wealth of networking opportunities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TOPEX together with its Serbian partner, Konsing, was present both in the exposition and conference forum at SEE Broadband 2007.

Our company presented its proposal for Next Generation Networks based in its Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch and its advanced range of media gateways.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Between 27-29 March 2007, TOPEX was present at SITI/asLAN, the professional's trade show, specialized in networks, and convergence Technologies in Spain.

 

 

 

 

TOPEX participation at CeBIT 2007 consisted not only in showcasing its developments in the stand but also in a presentation in the CeBIT Network Forum for IP communications and in presence in the CeBIT News Magazine.  

 

For the second year in a road, the company presented in front of a qualified audience its proposal for Next Generation Networks based in its Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch and its advanced range of media gateways. Radu Balaci, Product Manager at TOPEX, presented the complete solution for an IP communication network with complete services for the end user.

 

This way, TOPEX meets the latest interest in the industry for advanced converged communication solutions.

 

 

 

 

TOPEX exhibited this year too at the world's leading event for the air traffic control and management industry, ATC Maastricht 2007.

 

Being permanently in line with the evolution of IP technology, TOPEX solution was among the world's first fully IP implementation in ATC environment.

 

TOPEX VCSS is a voice communication system intended for air traffic control applications and dispatcher - type communication centres.  It is a full digital system with flexible and scalable architecture to allow its configuration for a very wide range of applications in the ATC/ATM field.

 

 

Presently, the solution successfully integrates the IP Radio Gateway, that interfaces between Radio legacy infrastructure and IP networks (for air-ground communications) and the MFC Eurocontrol Signaling Converter, which assures transportation of this protocol over the Internet (for inter VCSS communications, ground-ground communications).
