This integration was specially made for Combridge, a well-known telecommunication company.
TOPEX offered a high quality solution for signaling and conversion, TOPEX multiSwitch, a carrier-grade Softswitch CLASS 4 & CLASS 5 solution that provides call-control, multiple services and multiple types of signaling. With this solution, Combridge, a member of one of the largest European telecommunication company, the Deutsche Telekom Group completed successfully the integration with BillBery VoIP billing software.
BillBery is a JeraSoft carrier-grade VoIP billing solution and it represents the best of compatibility, usability, features and range of services the modern VoIP billing industry could possibly provide. TOPEX present at the EU Gateway mission in Japan

TOPEX has been included in the list of accepted participants for the Information and Communication Technology business mission, scheduled to take place in Tokyo from 13 to 17 September 2010.
The EU Gateway Programme is managed by the European Union and helps European Union companies to succeed in Japan by providing support at the critical early stages of their market penetration strategy.
The Programme aims at facilitating the access of European companies to the Japanese markets. Within the EU Gateway Programme an Information and Communication Technologies mission will take place from 13 till 17 September 2010 at the Hilton Hotel in Tokyo.

Between the 25th and 27th of May, TOPEX took part at Tetra World Congress Singapore, held at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

TOPEX present at the third EUROCAE ATM VoIP Plugtests

TOPEX, as a EUROCAE WG67 member since 2008, proved its experience in integrating VoIP in ATM industry taking part at the third phase of Air Traffic Management VoIP Plugtests events organized by ETSI in Sophia Antipolis, France.
EUROCAE WG67 defines standards guaranteeing ATM VoIP interoperability and it includes system and equipment suppliers, main European Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP), FAA and Eurocontrol. The group gathers all IP network elements to guarantee safe and secure voice communications in an Air Traffic Management environment.
This Plugtest event, organized between 1st and 5th of March, reinforced interoperability by enabling the identification of areas for improvements, by detecting errors and ambiguities within the current standards at the earliest stage, and finally speeds up the process of providing ATM VoIP products to the market in order to contribute to the implementation of the future European ATM system defined in the framework of SESAR.
These Gateways Plugtests event completed the series of functional Plugtests for ATM VoIP communication by performing Gateways tests between VCS to enable a soft transition from legacy to VoIP systems expected to be operated by European ANSPs as from 2013. During this event, the WG67 members made SIP v ATS-R2, SIP v ATS-QSIG, ATS-QSIG v SIP, ATS-R2 v SIP Interworking Gateway Tests.

TOPEX, the European telecom equipment manufacturer and NGN solution provider, announced today that Edslan, its Italian partner, has deployed TOPEX Voxell ISDN equipment to complete interoperability tests with Samsung OfficeServ 7030 Converged Communications Server.
TOPEX provided EDSLAN with a high quality solution for converting any call with a mobile network destination from Samsung 7030 server into mobile-mobile calls inside the same 3G network with substantially reduced cost.
The deployment is based on TOPEX Voxell ISDN equipment with 1 and 2 cellular modules, a fixed-cellular terminal for voice that can connect one PBX with ISDN-BRI ports to 3G networks.
The equipment acts as a bi-directional bridge between ISDN BRI and 3G network.
