GUARANTEE PLANNING

 

Our company guarantees that it has all the rights and licenses over the delivered software and hardware products and that these products fully respect the technical and functional specifications described in the technical and instruction books.

The equipment delivered by our company has a guarantee period specified for each product in the Certificate of Guarantee delivered with the product.

     In the guarantee period the following services are offered:

  • Replacement of the components or equipment detected as deficient by sending them in advance to the client; the defective components or equipment which have been replaced will be sent back and become the property of Topex; their replacement will be made in short time by the distributor or by the client - annexing a written note displaying the defect.
  • Replacement of software programs which did not function in conformity with the specifications of the product by delivering to the client a new software package or by upgrading over IP the products that allow us to do so. The replacement of the program will be made under the direction of the technical staff from the service team.
  • Technical support for installing and programming the equipment from the members of the service team who can be contacted by phone, by mail or by instant messenger

 

Restrictions during the guarantee period

 

  • The guarantee doesn't cover the defects derived from a usage that doesn't respect the work instructions, if the defect comes from some other equipment with which Topex products interconnect, if the installing specifications from the instruction manual haven't been followed or if hardware or software modifications over the product have been made without the approval of Topex.
  • The defects that are a consequence to major force  situations (energy supply network, earthquakes, flooding) are not covered by the guarantee.
