Position Overview Statement

  • The candidate will be part of the technical sales team for Mission Critical Solutions. In his role he will be responsible of analyzing the customer tender requirements, assess compliance, propose appropriate technical solutions and prepare price quotations. The candidate would be required to meet international customers, prepare and conduct technical presentations, coordinate with other departments in delivering the complete offer package.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Analyzing customer requirements, identify customized architectures to address each opportunity compliance;
  • Driving and coordinating the preparation of the commercial proposals;
  • Coordinate with the other departments to receive in due time other deliverables which are to be included in the offer package;
  • Participation to customer presentations, clarification and negotiation meetings, in coordination with the local Rohde & Schwarz subsidiary in the customer’s country;
  • Leveraging the customer relationship during the project lifecycle;
  • Managing the deal funnel with existing customer base and developing new business;
  • Following up actively on the opportunities list and providing regular business reports as required;
  • Identifying market trends, at regional level, monitoring the competitive situation in the responsibility area;


  • Degree in telecommunication engineering or similar discipline with a very sound track record of VoIP communication system & networking;
  • Professional experience in offering complex communication systems (air traffic management will be an advantage);
  • Distinct customer orientation, combined with excellent communication skills;
  • Personal culture to deliver on time and to the required quality;
  • Availability to travel internationally;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
  • Target oriented personality, open minded and team player;
